Dassia Coast/Beach
Formation: The beach is fairly narrow like a long shingy strip with gently slopes to clear shallow waters and is ideal for Swimming. The beach at Dassia slopes gently and platforms have been built out to sea making Dassia a superb place to swim.
Type: Shingle
Sun beds: Yes, there are many.
Facilities: No Showers or Toilets
Child Suitability: The beach is far from the main road which is busy and that makes it suitable for children
Accessibility: Parking is nearby, but not very close to the beach. There is a network of excellent footpaths to the beach and along the top.
Cleanliness and Urchins: The beach is clean, but as with many of the beaches on the North East coast, it does suffer from some seaweed on the beach - not unpleasant though in any way.
